We have special Winter Rates, nightly rates as well as weekly rates. Rates depend on time of year and number of nights.  A list of our rates is displayed below.  Sorry, no pets are allowed. These charming cabins are perfect for honeymooners, anniversary couples, or just a romantic getaway.

We are only minutes from all the best restaurants featuring German, Italian, American, and Mexican cuisine. What ever your heart desires can be found in Alpine Helen and at Lazy Bones Cabins.

You must make some time to visit Alpine Helen during December. That is the time when the city comes alive with the Christmas feeling of a small Bavarian village. The Christmas lights and holiday displays are second to none and the smells from the restaurants, bakeries, and confectioneries are sure to leave you yearning for more.

RENTAL POLICIES

Minimum Stay: Usually 2 nights on weekends. A limited number of 1-night stays are available Monday through Thursday. Some holiday weekends have a 3-night minimum.

Deposits: Minimum 1 night (plus tax) for stays of up to 6 nights and 2 nights (plus tax) for weekly rentals. Deposits for longer periods will be based on the length of stay. Deposits can be made by VISA, MasterCard, check or money order. Personal or business checks will be accepted for deposit only. Money orders and checks must be received within 7 days from date reservation is made and at least 10 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is due upon check-in and is payable by cash, VISA or MasterCard, money order, bank cashier’s check or travelers check. Personal or business checks will not be accepted at check-in.

Cancellations: Deposit is fully refundable with least 5 full days advance notice of cancellation. No refund will be given for early departures or “no-shows.” Anyone causing a disturbance to other guests will be asked to leave, with no refund.

Check-in: Between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern Time. Special arrangements may be possible for earlier or later arrival times, with advance notice required. Guests will be asked for an approximate check-in time when making reservations, and are expected to arrive close to that time. If the estimated arrival time changes, we ask that you please notify us. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and withhold the deposit for any guest who has not arrived by 9:30 p.m. or contacted us to arrange for a late check-in.

Check-out: No later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time.

Two-person maximum occupancy for all cabins. House parties and overnight visitors are not allowed. Our cabins are not intended for families. Children or infants may be permitted on a case-by-case basis with prior consent by management, and a surcharge may apply. Sorry, no pets. Guests with unauthorized visitors, children or pets in their cabin will be asked to leave with no refund.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included with cabin rentals. We do not charge cleaning fees, as long as cabins are left in reasonably neat condition at departure. Dishes are to be washed, leftover food disposed of and trash and wet towels placed in containers provided. A $25 fee will be assessed for excessive cleanup, outside of normal housekeeping requirements. Guests will be held responsible for any damage to their cabin and its contents (other than normal wear and tear or accidental breakage of dishes, glassware, etc.), including hot tubs and covers.

Hot Tubs: There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs in persons with certain medical conditions, including pregnancy, heart disease, high or low blood pressure and diabetes. At-risk individuals should consult with their physician prior to reserving a cabin with a hot tub. Hot tubs are for use by registered guests only. Visitors, small children or infants are NOT allowed in our hot tubs.
